| Minutes of Meeting | World Environment Day Festival is organized with The Institution of Engineers (India) Pune Local Centre n Association with Pimpri Chinchwad Science Park, Indian Plumbing Association, Water Resources Department, Pune, Supporting The Environment Avenue Rotary International District 3131, Maha Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Pune, Jeevit Nadi - Living River Foundation, Marathi Vidnyan Parishad Pune Vibhag, Sinhgad College of Engineering Department of Civil Engineering & Rotary Club of Pune Shaniwarwada. Festival was concluded on 7.6.23. After Vruksh Pujan and Garlanding the Photograph of Bharatratn Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, Rtn Rajendrakumar Saraf Presented theme Solution to Plastic Pollution. Mr Vinay R R took the review of activities of World Environment Day Festival RID 3131 Director Supporting the Environment Avenue spoke about the Rotary activities for the Environment. Mr Manish Ghorapade spoke about the activities for Plastic Free River. Guest of Honor Mrs Shyamala Desai took the review of solid waste management and the efforts made by the public & corporation to mitigate the plastic pollution. Theme Speaker Shri Nitin Gore explained the advancement in Plastic Technologies and efforts made to reduce the plastic pollution. All participants took the oath to reduce plastic pollution. |
