| Minutes of Meeting | Strategic Planning meeting. Rtn Dr. Anil Parmar said that Club must have minimum 3 Projects as the signature project. He said that Club membership growth must get the top priority with a target of not less than 40 members. Meeting With President & Secretary Rtn Rajendrakumar Saraf & Rtn Jyotsna Saraf. He pointed out that change Report of trust must be done immediately. He said club is doing excellent work but is lacking in membership growth. For sustainable activity minimum 30 members are required. Meeting with Presidents of Interact Club of Interact Club of Vanaj Parivar Vidyamandir School Madhyamik Vibhag & Interac Club of Sau Pratibhatai Pawar Vidyamandir. Mentor of Club Mrs Vrushali Washimkar and Mr. Sham Dhumal made presentation of the activities. He asked the Mmemebrs to get involved with District activities for Interact Clubs. Meeting with Board of Directors & important Chairperson. All Board of Directors made the presentation of the activities carried out and activities proposed. Public Meeting Call to order by President Rtn Rajendrakumar V Saraf. After National Anthem President welcome all and presented the activities of the Club conducted since 1st July and the activities proposed under DEI. Exclusively the activities for Transgender to give them equal status. Rtn Jyotsna Saraf has presented Secretarial Report. Dr Anil Parmar First Lady Rtn Hema Parmar are felicitated. DG Dr Anil Parmar Release of E Bulletin for month of October. Rtn Tanuuja Marathe introduce DG. DG Dr. Anil Parmar congratulate the team for the excellent work done he said the club must have now focus on increasing the membership to become sustainable and viable. Rtn Prashant gave Cheque worth of $ 1000 to DG. Rtn Jyotsna Saraf proposed Vote of Thanks. Meeting was adjourned by President Rtn Rajendrakumar Saraf with a request to join Dinner. |
