Dr Yogesh Khandalkar explained the causes of decrease in B one Density after 40. He said the proper die & exercise are must to keep all joints in fit and healthy conditions. He said ladies must take calcium toilets before and after menopause. The osteoporosis can be prevented with diet and exercised. It can also be halted with proper medication and exercise.
