Director Public Image (22-23) Rtn Ritesh Yeolekar Following points were discussed: Special Joint BOD for Year 2021-22 & 2022-23 was called to discuss the performance of Rotary Club of Pune Royal for year 2022-2023. Followings are the observations on performance of RCP Royal under the leadership of Rtn Sanjay Salvi President Elect 2022-223. He failed to attend PETS and other District Events in spite of DGE and BOD members request, which are must for President Elect. Rtn Sanjay Salvi failed to develop rapport with the Club members Till date he is not ready with strategic planning for the Club He failed to establish one to one contact due to his poor communication He shall be given more time to develop rapport with members of the club He showed no interest to do further formalities for Planning Assembly, Budget etc. Hence BOD members are not having confidence in him for such an important post like Club President Therefore, it is unanimously decided that, for the excellent performance of Club, Rtn Sanjay Salvi will not be the President for the year 2022-23. Further his name may be considered for Presidentship by the future Nomination committee’s BOD 2021-22 and 2022-23 has unanimously recommended the name of Rtn Rajendrakumar Saraf as President for the year 2022-23. Rtn Rajendrakumar Saraf gave his consent to be a President for 2022-23. He thanks BOD 2021-22 & 2022-23 for bestowing him this opportunity. He said that he is now committed to take our RCP Royal club to new height. BOD 2021-22 and 2022-23 congratulated Rtn Rajendrakumar Saraf for Selection as President Elect. Rtn Jyotsna Saraf will be now President Nominee for Year 2023-24. |
